As my URL suggests, my name is Mark E. Carter. I am a web and instructional designer currently based in San Jose, CA.

I am currently pursuing new opportunities and am using this website to showcase my work. I have experience using a number of web technologies and tools, having recently achieved the Web Design and Development certificate from the UC Santa Cruz Extension. I also have extensive experience as an instructional designer, writer and editor.
